‘Can I help you?’: Volunteer Gene Waid directs people to services at Clark County Courthouse

Many members of public are actually in wrong building, he says

As dozens of people walk through the front doors of the Clark County Courthouse on Friday mornings, many of them don’t know where they’re going. But as they look around, a volunteer calls out to them.

“Can I help you?” Gene Waid asked a mother and daughter who appeared lost.
