The Casino Wizard, an online casino reviewer, compared and ranked 100 of the most populous cities in the U.S. to find the best cities for partying. The study analyzed factors that people may consider to be important when planning a night out, such as the average price for a drink and the number of bars in the area.
The study ranked Seattle among the top 10 best cities for partying in America, at number 9.

Best cities for partying in America
The study analyzed several factors including the number of bars in the area, average hotel prices, average drink prices, activities available and weather. Based on these factors, the top 10 best cities in America for partying, according to the study, are:

• Portland
• Orlando, Fla.
• Cincinnati, Ohio
• New Orleans, Louisiana
• Miami, Florida
• Seattle
• Honolulu, Hawaii
Why is Seattle ranked a good city for partying?
The study ranked Seattle as the ninth-best city in the country for partying because of its vibrant music scene and cultural vibe.
“The city is a haven for music enthusiasts, with a thriving live music scene that caters to various tastes, from indie rock to electronic beats,” notes the study. “The diverse array of bars and clubs (41 per 100,000) in neighborhoods like Capitol Hill and Belltown offer everything from laid-back pubs to high-energy dance floors, ensuring that everyone can find their preferred nightlife setting.”
The study also cited Seattle’s relatively low hotel prices as a reason for it being among the best cities to party in. According to the city, the average hotel prices start at $158 per night.
Although Seattle is one of the best cities for partying, it is not considered to be the best city for bars. That honor goes to nearby Tacoma.

According to the same study, if you’re looking for a place that is filled with exciting and diverse bars, these are the top 10 best cities for bars:

The study found that Tacoma has 44.19 bars per 100,000 people, while Seattle has 41 bars per 100,000 people.
