King’s Way Christian girls beat La Center 42-35 in loser-out district playoff game

Hannah Erwin, Avery Tindol and Addison Bagley lead the way

The King’s Way Christian girls basketball team got 13 points each for Hannah Erwin and Avery Tindol and 12 from Addison Bagley as the Knights beat La Center 42-35 in a loser-out game in the 1A district tournament.

King’s Way will face Eatonville in another loser-out game on Thursday.

King’s Way Christian jumped out to a 20-8 halftime lead and widened that to 36-22 by the third quarter.

Bagley pulled down 14 rebounds for the Knights. Tindol had five steals, and Erwin had four steals.

Bridget Quinn had a solid all-around game with four points, five assists, six rebounds and four steals.
