Plans for Heritage Farm finally taking shape — and selling the property is off the table

Plans for Clark County’s 78th Street Heritage Farm are at long last taking shape — and selling the property seems to be off the table.

A draft financial sustainability plan, presented at a Public Works open house, “was there to catch everyone up on the history of the site, the goals and objectives of doing a sustainability plan, and those key elements from the plan,” Rocky Houston, division manager for Public Works’ parks and lands, said in an interview after the Jan.
