Roadwork will cause delays of up to 20 minutes north of Battle Ground on state Highway 503 at the roundabout near Rock Creek Road, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.

From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, drivers in both directions will see flaggers directing traffic into a single lane near Milepost 13.7.

Crews will add white dashed lines to remind drivers to slow down. Other planned safety improvements include adding small speed bumps and signs near the roundabout reducing the speed limit to 20 mph.

The work may be paused for inclement weather.
