CAMAS — Members of 100 Women Who Care Clark County presented $6,600 to Enspire Arts at their Aug. 14 meeting, held at Salud! Wine Bar in Camas. Enspire President Sarah Lightfoot and Treasurer Alexandra Watson accepted the funds on behalf of the organization.

The local giving circle selected Enspire Arts at its May meeting. NWCAVE and Habitat for Humanity were the other nonprofit nominees at that meeting.

Enspire Arts has served Clark County since 2017, creating arts experiences that promote well-being, learning and connection. They provide Arts Ambassadors scholarships to students, create school partnerships for community arts projects and sponsor adult community arts nights.

Founded in 2018, 100 Women Who Care Clark County is a giving circle that meets four times a year and has donated close to $125,000 to local nonprofits since inception. Members who attend are eligible to nominate local nonprofits to be considered for the group’s donation. Members commit to a quarterly $100 donation to the charity voted upon by the members at each meeting.
