Ursula Kanthack has joined Riverview Bank as the leader of the treasury management team.

Kanthack has been a banker for more than 20 years. Her most recent position was senior business banker for Chase Bank.

“Not only is Kanthack a cultural match for Riverview Bank, her skills and background are in alignment with goals for the treasury side of our business,” said Mike Sventek, chief lending officer.

Melissa Dodge and George Koval of Vancouver were both recently appointed to the Developmental Disabilities Council as part of Gov. Jay Inslee’s boards and commissions appointments for July. Kassandra Vogel of Vancouver was appointed to the Washington State University Board of Regents.

Other Business News

Love Potion Magickal Perfumerie in downtown Vancouver is among the 30 businesses statewide nominated for the Governor’s Employer Awards.

Washington businesses, agencies, organizations and individuals submitted the 30 nominations. Love Potion, 1104 Main St., Suite 100, is the only Clark County business to make the list.

Awards will be announced in October.
