Letter: Story weaves compelling narrative

I want to commend Meg Wochnick for her excellent article, “Trico League has lasting legacy of 100 years” (The Columbian, Aug. 17). It read like a biopic, giving us lots of interesting details about the life of Frederick Lash. As a 10-year resident of Clark County, I enjoy learning about the impressive history of Vancouver and the surrounding area. Kudos to Meg for weaving a gripping nonfiction narrative.
