Lions district governor honored with Melvin Jones Fellowship

CAMAS – Camas Lions member Leslie Chasse has been awarded the Melvin Jones Fellowship, bestowed by Lions Clubs International in recognition of members whose service embodies humanitarian ideas consistent with the nature and purpose of Lionism. Chasse has had a perfect attendance record for every club meeting, service project and fundraiser in his 12 years as a Lion. His leadership as club president in 2017 and 2018 was instrumental in revitalizing the Camas club.
