Letter: Democrats are energized

Who could have predicted just a couple of weeks ago the transformation of the Democratic ticket and the rebirth of energy among Democrats? Like a highly trained Olympic athlete, Kamala Harris came out of the starting block full steam ahead. She immediately appealed to and energized young people, women, Blacks, Latinos and many others as well.

Then it got even better when she chose Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her running mate. A product of America’s heartland, he is a man with a big heart and just the right temperament, not to mention his incredible speaking ability, to support Kamala. Like Kamala herself, he is a joyful warrior.

Thank you, Joe Biden, for doing the right thing, the selfless thing, the patriotic thing which made the above transformation possible.
