A motorist killed in a crash on Interstate 5 on July 18 has been identified as 36-year-old Thomas Keough of Vancouver, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
Portland police responded shortly after midnight to a single-vehicle crash on I-5 northbound at the exit for Hayden Island. When they arrived, they found Keough dead. No other details about the crash were released.
The crash was the 36th traffic-related fatality this year in Portland, according to the news release.
