HopsnDrops will open a new location Monday at 210 N.E. 192nd Ave. in east Vancouver’s new Lacamas Square development.
The restaurant chain, which bills itself as a casual neighborhood gathering place, offers several beers on tap, as well as specialty cocktails and handcrafted menu items.
The Bonney Lake, Wash.-based company has 22 locations in Washington, Colorado and Oregon, including the one soon to open in Vancouver.
The 4,500-square-foot restaurant will seat 185 diners, plus 35 outside. The company expects to hire about 100 people for the new location.
The restaurant will be open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. weekdays, and will open for breakfast on weekends from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. It will serve a family friendly happy hour from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close.
