Letter: A salute to VA facility

By James Sulis, Vancouver
Published: August 8, 2024, 6:00am

This is a hats-off post for the wonderful Veterans Affairs facility that operates here in Vancouver.

Military administrations have been criticized in the past for many of their procedures. Our Vancouver location has worked extremely hard to bring their levels of scheduling, professional care and friendly service to a higher level for all U.S. Army soldiers who have served their country.

The doctors and nurses along with their medical teams of employees are to be congratulated with a first-class hand salute for their excellence.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
