Letter: Reject Initiative 2117

By Arthur Ungar, VANCOUVER

Don’t be fooled! “The cap-and-invest system aims to decrease carbon emissions and finance climate change mitigation measures across the state.” (The Columbian, July 29). The big money initiative would eliminate the cap-and-invest system and the funding it provides. Vote no on Initiative 2117.
