The man accused of fatally shooting a Hockinson woman last month in an alleged murder-for-hire scheme remains in custody in Eugene, Ore., almost a month after his arrest.

Darrell E. Riley, 55, is being held in the Lane County Jail in Oregon on a Clark County warrant for first-degree murder.
