Letter: Homelessness requires big fix

If you discover water running out from under your sink onto your nice hardwood floors, would you just get a towel and wipe it up and continue to wipe up the water until you run out of towels, or would you check to see where the source of the problem is and fix it? Our homeless problem is like that. We are going to run out of towels before we fix anything.
