Clark College, WSU Vancouver and Hockinson schools get $3.3M in grant funds from the Gates Foundation

Funds will career advising services for Southwest Washington students

Two Clark County colleges and a school district have been awarded a combined $3.3 million in grant funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to promote and improve postsecondary readiness in Washington.

Clark College, Washington State University Vancouver and the Hockinson School District are among dozens of recipients of the Horizons Regional Grant Program, which is intended to support students in rural and low-income areas across Washington.
