Hockinson’s Branden Correy and Mark Morris’ Austin Lindquist both shot 39s Tuesday at Mint Valley in Longview to share low score for the 2A Greater St. Helens League match.
But it was the Hawks team that came out on top with a narrow 165-167 victory.
All 12 golfers shot under 50 for the round.
Hockinson’s Grant Gumringer had the next lowest score with a 41.

- Danica Allen, Ridgefield girls cross country, won the varsity race in a three-team 2A GSHL meet at William Clark Park, covering 5,000 meters in 19:35.
- Jordis Taylor, Heritage volleyball, had 18 kills and four aces in a 3-0 win over Battle Ground.

- Ani Vossler, Hockinson girls soccer, scored two goals in a 5-2 win over Mark Morris.
