PORTLAND — Eric Gordon scored 20 points on 8-for-10 shooting in 18 minutes, Devin Booker had 17 points and visiting Phoenix beat Portland 122-111 in a matchup Thursday night that featured two of three teams in a recent blockbuster trade.
Phoenix center Jusuf Nurkic scored 17 points against his former team, besting former Suns center DeAndre Ayton, who had seven points. Kevin Durant added 16 points for Phoenix.
Scoot Henderson led Portland with 22 points.
The Blazers next preseason game is Saturday at Utah.
