Letter: Keep Trump out of office

By Don Howard, CAMAS
Published: November 24, 2023, 6:00am

Just think, if Senate Republicans had rejected politics and upheld their oath of office and the Constitution by removing Trump from office, our Capitol would not have been attacked, five Capitol police officers would not have lost their lives, Ashli Babbitt would not have been shot, and America would not be subjected to the constant chaos of 91 felony charges associated to the lawless Donald Trump.

To think that people are actually considering voting for this petulant troublemaker in 2024 is beyond comprehension. Haven’t we seen more than enough already?

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
