Brown threw 20-yard touchdown pass to Drew Schlangen to give Kalama an 8-0 lead in the first quarter.
Pe Ell/Willapa Valley rallied to take 12-8 lead before Brown’s 20-yard touchdown run put Kalama up 14-12 at halftime.
Brown added two fourth-quarter touchdown runs as the defense shut out Pe Ell/Willapa.
