Call for Artists: Submit art for library’s Art4Art fundraiser

The Friends of Vancouver Community Library invite anyone of any age to submit their artistic creations to the annual Art4Art fundraiser. Participants can pick up 8-inch-square wooden panels (one or two per person) from the accounts desk at the Vancouver Community Library, 901 C St., Vancouver. Decorate or create a design on the panel using any medium, then return the panels to the accounts desk at the library by July 15. The panels will be sold to the public on the first Friday of August. All proceeds from the sale of donated art will fund art projects and programming at the library. For more details, call the library at 360-906-5000.
