Vancouver’s waterfront added a fifth tower crane to its skyline this week as construction ramps up at a planned eight-story, 829-space parking garage on Block 7, at the intersection of Grant Street and West Columbia Way. The Gramor Development project will feature three elevators, 83 electric vehicle charging spaces and 10,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. It is expected to be completed in spring 2024.
