Sixty-four new apartment units may soon be going up down the street from Washington State University Vancouver, according to planning documents submitted to Clark County.

Plans call for three buildings, each three stories tall.

Developers haven’t indicated whether the apartments would be low-, medium- or high-income housing, an issue of interest to officials at WSUV, which is less than a mile northeast of the site at 13915 N.E.
