The California-based Rock & Brews chain, co-founded by Kiss band members Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley, is bringing its rock-inspired restaurant and concert bar to ilani.
The restaurant is slated to open on New Year’s Eve and will expand ilani’s events and live music offerings.
Rock & Brews will fuse rock ‘n’ roll music, craft beer and classic comfort food, according to a press release from company. The facility will be a family-friendly restaurant by day and will offer additional entertainment by night.
To accommodate the new restaurant, ilani will renovate its Muze Lounge, incorporating more entertainment and converting it into a restaurant. ilani’s entertainment offerings will continue throughout the spring and summer.
