Vancouver American Legion Auxiliary chapter welcomes veterans support group’s president

A local chapter of an organization for veterans’ spouses and family members received a visit from the national head of the organization Wednesday morning.

Vickie Koutz, national president of the American Legion Auxiliary, stopped at the American Legion Smith-Reynolds Post 14 in Vancouver for brunch with local members as part of a weeklong tour of the Pacific Northwest.
