Mill Plain United Methodist Church will host a community food drive from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at 15804 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd.
The church aims to gather 2 tons of food and raise $2,000 to donate to the FISH of Orchards food pantry. Church members will be standing in front of the church with signs to raise awareness about food insecurity across the county, according to a press release.
Those wishing to drop off food or monetary donations can do so in the church.
