Vancouver police found a man suffering a gunshot wound Friday morning near the Vancouver waterfront.
Officers responded at 4:41 a.m. to the 300 block of West Columbia Way for reports that a man had been shot, according to a police news release.
The 28-year-old man was taken to an area hospital for treatment, the news release states. Police said his wound appeared to be not life threatening.
Vancouver police’s Major Crimes Team is continuing to investigate.
