Missing Vancouver 12 year old foundFree

A 12 year old boy who went missing Friday evening was reunited with his family on Saturday, according to the Vancouver Police Department.

Julian M. Ramos was last seen at 9:30 p.m. Friday walking northbound from the 700 block of Northeast 106th Ave.
