The Clark County Courthouse parking lot at 1200 Franklin St., off West 11th Street, in Vancouver will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., July 29.
Arborists have identified trees on the campus with dead, dying or broken limbs that will be removed by contractors July 29.
Broken tree limbs or those in poor health create a hazard for courthouse and parking lot users, as they are at increased risk of falling unexpectedly. Public Works removes hazardous limbs or trees from county properties when they present a risk to users or property, or to neighboring properties.
Residents are reminded to avoid work zones and never enter areas that are closed with cones, signs or caution tape.
