Vancouver Nonprofit to host early learning info panel

Ripple Impact Northwest, a Vancouver-based nonprofit and fundraising advocate, is hosting an informative panel on the state of early learning and family outreach from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 2 at the Ripple Impact space located at 275 W. Third St., Suite 400, in Vancouver.

Panelists include leaders from local early learning providers and research teams such as Educational Opportunities for Children and Families, Family Solutions, Innovative Services Northwest and Support for Early Learning and Families.

Topics include new, local research on the role of preschool, child-care needs, and early intervention programs for children with differing abilities or suffering from trauma, as well as the changing basic needs for children.

Registration costs $35 per person; refreshments will be provided.
