The meeting will be held in a hybrid format in the sixth-floor hearing room at the Public Service Center at 1300 Franklin St. in Vancouver. Those interested can attend in person or virtually via the WebEx platform.

The hearing will also air on CVTV channel 23/323 and at CVTV.org. For links to the meeting and an agenda, go to https://clark.wa.gov/councilors/clark-county-council-meetings.
