VANCOUVER — The Taco Bell Foundation recently awarded Assistance League Southwest Washington a $15,000 grant. The money is designated to benefit the league’s Operation School Bell program, which supplies new clothing and literacy supplies to local schoolchildren.
Assistance League Southwest Washington is one of more than 450 national youth-serving organizations that will receive a portion of the $15 million in community grants presented by the Taco Bell Foundation this year.
Assistance League Southwest Washington President Bette Ludden says this grant is very much appreciated and will help the league transform local lives and strengthen the community.
