Here’s a tasty alternative to pork rinds and queso for your game-watching feast.

With the Super Bowl nearly here, we hope you’re thinking more about the game than how many calories you’ll be consuming.

But calorie-watcher or not, this Mediterranean Dip from Whole Foods Market sounds pretty darn luscious. You’ll need an 8-inch square glass dish and these ingredients.

Mediterranean Dip

Makes 8 servings.

One (8-ounce) container hummus

1 cup chopped baby spinach

One (6-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped

1 cup plain low-fat or nonfat Greek-style yogurt

½ cup sliced and pitted black olives

¼ cup thinly sliced green olives

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Pita chips

Spread hummus in the bottom of dish. Add spinach and press down lightly, then artichoke hearts. Put dollops of yogurt on next, smoothing it with a spatula. Add black and green olives and top with feta. Serve with pita chips or Fritos.
