The Clark County Elections office will perform a hand count of approximately 600 randomly selected ballots beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday. The count is part of a manual comparison against machine results in the Feb. 14 special election.
The Vancouver affordable housing measure will be used for the manual count. The selected ballots will be counted in the total returns from Election Day.
