RIDGEFIELD — For the fourth year, the Ridgefield Lions offered Christmas tree and wreath sales. This year’s efforts were a big success, with 440 trees and 102 wreaths sold. All proceeds from the event go to Lions activities to help the community. Lions President Josh Olson thanked the customers and volunteers for their support. Some 580 volunteer hours were logged. In addition to many adult volunteers, Ridgefield High School students from the Leos youth auxiliary and the National Honor Society assisted.
