HUDSON’S BAY — Lifeline Connections selected Clark County Sheriff John Horch to receive the 2023 John Cox Award of Excellence and Dr. Heidi Radlinski from the PeaceHealth “Bloom” Clinic to receive the 2023 Community Partner Award. Overall, there were 14 nominees. All nominees were recognized, and awards were presented at the Lifeline Connections: A Year of Gratitude event held Dec. 12 at the Fort Vancouver Artillery Barracks. Lifeline Connections’ John Cox Award of Excellence is given to an individual who advocates and champions the need for and importance of behavioral health treatment in our community. Horch was recognized for his unwavering support of community members who experience behavioral health conditions. Horch understands the life-saving importance of behavioral health services and passionately advocates across system partners that include law enforcement, jail, courts, service providers and more. The Community Partner Award is given to individuals or organizations who partner with Lifeline Connections in helping the agency accomplish its mission. Radlinski provides excellent care to the women in the Lifeline Connections Pregnant and Parenting Women’s program. Radlinski, who serves as director of the Bloom Clinic, ensures women in the program are addressing their physical health needs while learning the importance of taking care of themselves and their children.
