The commissioners for Clark Public Utilities voted to rotate leadership offices Tuesday, effective Jan. 1. The move is traditionally taken during the final meeting each calendar year.
Commissioner Jim Malinowski will be the new board president. Commissioner Nancy Barnes will be vice president and Commissioner Jane Van Dyke will be secretary.
