Letter: Happy holidays to all

If you consider yourself an American, what makes you an American? If you want to have freedom what do you consider freedom? Why let politicians decide what is right for you? They want to control what you do socially. They want to decide what you read and study in schools. They want to put you in jail for deciding what is right for your health care. They have collectively banned over 1,000 books from schools and libraries.

All humans have the same red blood in them. What makes you better than someone else? We are all going to be a minority someday. No one person should decide how someone should live or what is right for someone else. Guns do not make you safe. Someone is going to have more guns than you!

Why not wish someone you do not know a Merry Christmas or Happy New Year this year and see how that makes you feel? Happy holidays to all.
