Vancouver firefighters extinguished a house fire in eight minutes Saturday in the Burnt Bridge Creek neighborhood at 14619 N.E. 43rd St.
Eight units and about 20 firefighters went to the blaze, which was reported at 7:35 p.m. Firefighters were at the house in fewer than five minutes, according to the Vancouver Fire Department.
No one was injured in the fire. Two dogs were taken from the house. The Vancouver fire marshal is investigating the cause.
