On Nov. 28, the Ridgefield School District Board of Directors welcomed newly elected board members Amber Baker and Jake Bredstrand. Brett Jones was also sworn in after winning reelection to his seat. School board members in Ridgefield are elected to serve four-year terms.
The board also selected new officers. Jones will serve as board president, Emily Enquist, vice president, and Bredstrand, legislative liaison.
Baker owns and operates the certified organic produce farm Red Truck Farm and is a school district parent. Bredstrand is an account manager for Culture Amp, an employee experience tech company.
