Lifeline Connections has selected Clark County Sheriff John Horch to receive the 2023 John Cox Award of Excellence. Dr. Heidi Radlinski from the PeaceHealth Bloom Clinic received the 2023 Community Partner Award. There were 14 nominees overall.

The awards were presented at the annual Lifeline Connections: A Year of Gratitude event at the Fort Vancouver Artillery Barracks on Tuesday.

The Lifeline Connections John Cox Award of Excellence is awarded to those who advocate for the importance of behavioral health treatment in Clark County.

“Horch understands the life-saving importance of behavioral health services and passionately advocates across system partners that include law enforcement, jail, courts, service providers, and more,” Lifeline Connections said in a press release.

The Community Partner Award is given to those who partner with Lifeline Connections and support its mission.

Radlinski from PeaceHealth’s Bloom Clinic provides care to the women in the Lifeline Connections Pregnant and Parenting Women’s program.

Radlinski ensures women in the program are taking care of their physical health and learning the importance of self-care and caring for their children.

Lifeline Connections has provided mental health and substance use services to the Southwest Washington community for the past 61 years.
