CAMAS — The Camas-Washougal Fire Department is hosting its Open House, Health and Safety Fair next month.
The free event is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 23 at Station 42, 4321 N.W. Parker St., in Camas.
The crew will host a kitchen fire demonstration, kids interactive vehicle fire demonstration, house fire simulation, vehicle extraction demonstration and K-9 exhibition from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, according to a news release.
Local agencies will have exhibits about emergency preparedness. There will also be face painting, a balloon twister, ice cream and hotdogs, the news release states.
