Missing Battle Ground teen returned home safe

Update: Battle Ground police confirmed early Friday morning that Chloe “Ty” Bouchard had returned home safe. The department thanked the community for its help.

The Battle Ground Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a teenager who has been missing since Aug. 9.

A police bulletin said Chloe “Ty” Bouchard is biologically female and prefers the use of male pronouns, according to the family. He was last seen shortly after midnight on Aug. 9 at his residence on Northwest Fifth Street in Battle Ground.

Ty is described as approximately 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 130 pounds, with blonde/black colored hair split down the middle. He was last seen wearing light gray sweatpants and a black hooded sweatshirt with “BOUCHARD” written on the back.

Police ask anyone with information on Ty’s whereabouts to contact Officer Daniel Ortiz at daniel.ortiz@cityofbg.org or by calling 911.
