An altercation between two people left one man fighting for his life Monday evening. The shooter drove away before help arrived.
Clark County sheriff’s deputies were called at 4:57 p.m. to a residence in the 9100 block of Northeast 147th Avenue, in Orchards.
They arrived to find a man who lives there had been shot. He was taken to a hospital for evaluation and treatment of what appeared to be life-threatening injuries, according to a news release.
Witnesses said the shooter had been arguing with the victim before the gunfire erupted. The suspect is still at large.
No further information was released.
