PeaceHealth Director of Business Transformation Zach Melick has been named a national recipient of the Catholic Health Association’s Tomorrow’s Leaders award for 2023.

The national award honors dedicated, high-performing individuals who have demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing the healing mission of Catholic health care. Melick will be recognized during the Catholic Health Association’s virtual Catholic Health Assembly in June.

Melick manages complex, interdisciplinary projects and he has been instrumental in bringing a data-driven, continuous improvement model to business operations. Melick was instrumental in all aspects of PeaceHealth’s COVID-19 pandemic response, helping its incident command team make evidence-based decisions in alignment with the Catholic health system’s mission and values.
