Another industrial building is in the works, this one just west of Northeast 162nd Avenue and north of Northeast 48th Street, according to pre-planning documents submitted to the city of Vancouver.
The proposal calls for a 115,000-square-foot building with commercial warehouse and/or light industrial space. It’s expected to be no more than 40 feet tall.
