The Clark County Open Studios Tour on Nov. 4 and 5 is open for applications from visual artists working in Clark County.

Applications are due May 31.

In the past 10 years, the tour has showcased 170 artists. The 2022 tour resulted in the most sales yet. The tour is open to a wide range of visual media including painting, drawing, mixed media, sculpture, ceramics, wood, metal, glass, fiber arts, jewelry, photography, digital art and printmaking. Participating artists must exhibit a minimum of 15 pieces of original art, created within the past three years. Artists’ studios must retain the atmosphere of an active workspace, with materials, equipment and work-in-progress visible. Participating artists will also have access to professional development workshops through the PDX OS Artist Academy.

This year’s event also includes the Christine Rice Memorial Scholarship for emerging artists ages 20-30, who will receive a $500 to $1,000 stipend and mentorship from a seasoned artist with the option to be hosted in another artist’s studio.

Visit artstra.org/call-for-artists/ for complete application guidelines. For more information, contact Open Studios director Jennifer Williams at jennifer@jenniferwilliamsfineart.com or 360-991-3295.
