North African spices give hearty meatballs a dash of delicious

It’s true — my job is incredibly fun. Sometimes it’s dangerously close to playing, which keeps me feeling like a kid at heart. Kids let curiosity fuel their play, engaging with the world around them much like a scientist would. Play is fueled by the question, “What happens if I do this?”

Cooking and baking may boil down to a bunch of chemical reactions, but you don’t need to know chemistry to be a good cook.
