After hosting a series of council meetings outside of City Hall, the Vancouver City Council is continuing its initiative to connect with the public in multiple city locations.

The council will host its regular workshop meeting Monday and a 90-minute community communication forum at Educational Service District 112, 2500 N.E. 65th Ave.

The council workshop is at 4 p.m., with a break from 6 to 6:30 p.m. followed by the council meeting at 6:30 p.m. and then the communication forum immediately after council business.

There will be an opportunity to break out into small discussion groups where participants can share ideas with each other and council members. In doing so, city staff will gather input to aid in the creation of Vancouver’s next comprehensive plan.

To request interpretation services and other accommodation services, call the city manager’s office at 360-487-8600 or 360-487-8602 for a teletypewriter.
